The Pacific THERx “RPM Cycling Program” is a unique program developed in order to analyze and correct cycling issues such as proper bike fit, riding comfort, and performance issues. Static and dynamic testing helps to determine proper position on bike. Whether you are a triathlete, bicycle commuter, or professional athlete, this program will benefit you.
RESTORE - Restore function after injury by a rehab specialist who understands cycling and can help you rebuild strength or recover from training with a well rounded program.
PERFORM - Perform at your best and enhance your skill, ability and endurance on the bike.
MOVE - Move with efficiency and ease. Movement assessments performed on the bike and off the bike, include muscle function testing. We make the adjustments needed keep you comfortable and performing well on the bike.

Work with Amy Fowlkes, a licensed Physical Therapist with orthopedic specialty.
Qualified Practitioner - Amy has advanced degrees in physical therapy and exercise physiology. She is a board certified orthopedic specialist, and has advanced training in manual therapy.
Cycling Experience - Amy raced as a cat 1 for several years, competing at the national level. Prior to cycling, Amy competed as a triathlete, and ran track and cross country in college.
