Private Yoga - Practicing yoga can improve your overall well-being and strength. However, if you are challenged due to injury, recent surgery, or health issue, a fast-paced vinyasa class may not be for you. Private Yoga therapy and one-on-one instruction can serve as a safe alternative.
Group Yoga Classes - We offer smaller focused therapeutic classes and workshops, and one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs. Yoga therapists focus on body mechanics within postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to create a customized holistic approach.
Yoga Workshops - Fitness Events & Workshops are posted on Eventbrite. We offer Yoga workshops to help with all sorts of pain: Neck & Shoulder, Hip, Foot & Ankle and Low Back. We always have something on the schedule and would love for you to join us.
Meet Our Yoga InstructorWhether in private session, classes or workshops, Yoga teachers at Pacific THERx have received additional training from veteran physical therapists and yoga instructors. Yoga therapy is an option for clients wishing to transition from formal physical therapy to either public classes or to help develop an individualized home practice.
